Damit sparst du Energie für die Warmwasser Erzeugung.

Obst und Gemüse nicht unter fließendem Wasser waschen. Besser ist es Obst und Co. ein paar Minuten in einer mit Wasser gefüllten Schüssel einweichen lassen, es lässt sich dann besser reinigen. Das Wasser kann man dann auch zum gießen nehmen.
